Telecommunications and Informatics

The area of information and communication technologies has become the basis for the successful development of all economy branches and society as a whole. Therefore, it is also one of the key activity areas of EZS intended to facilitate the networking of highly motivated specialists from this area who, with their professionalism, and creativity, enterprising spirit and creativity take part in formulating professional opinions during the preparation of legislature and standards for the information society.

With their activities in the international organizations, they are enabling the necessary direct involvement of Slovenia in the work of internationally and globally important organizations like IEEE Communications Society (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), FEANI (Fédération Européenne d’Associations Nationaux d’Ingénieurs), ITU (International Telecommunication Union), ISO (International Standards Organization), ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute)
