The registration fee for the Symposium with VAT (19%) included is 400 DEM or 44.000,00 SIT. The fee includes Proceedings, Cocktail Party, refreshments during breaks and lunches.

Registration is considered final if not cancelled one week before the beginning of the Symposium. The speakers at the Symposium are also requested to pay the registration fee. |

All authors will be expected to send e-mail containing their manuscript, prepared according to the guidelines given below, to vitel@guest.arnes.si.
|
- The deadline for receipt of your manuscript is September 20th, 2000.
- Contributed papers should not exceed six pages. These pages include everything: bibliography, tables, graphics, title, etc. Paper should include abstract – maximum 200 words, a maximum of six key words, a clearly written introduction, and conclusions, and a short biography of authors at the end of paper.
- There will be two columns on each page. The side margins are 1 inch to the left of the first column, Ľ inch between columns, and ľ to the right of the second column. Text should begin 1 inch from the top of the page, and leave ľ inch at the bottom of the page. Use both the left and right justification for each column.
- Illustrations, graphs and tables should be presented as part of the text, and may fit across both columns, if necessary, but keep the text in two-column format.
- Equations should be centered on the column, or on the page, if necessary, with a blank line above and below. They should be numbered consecutively through the paper, using Arabic numbers in parantheses.
- Footnotes should be single spaced and separated from the text.
- Use 10 point size font Times Roman. Subtitles should be bold capital letters, 12 point size.
- The manuscript should be single spaced, with double spacing between paragraphs.
- Do not number pages.
- References should be quoted in the text with number in square brackets, and collected together in a reference list, where numerals of references are also given in square brackets.
- Use text processor Word or Word Perfect.
